Hello, I’m Robyn
For more than 25 years, I have brought leaders together, curated development experiences and held sacred spaces where people can connect, reflect and grow.
My work integrates both my lived experiences of grief and growth after the early passing of my mother, and my professional journey as a business and community builder.
I am the co-founder of Talkpoint, Australia’s first peer learning community for senior HR leaders, and was one of Australia’s pioneers in business and life coaching.
Today in my role as a space maker, facilitator and sophisticated holder of people, my primary purpose is to set conditions which allows the collective wisdom of gathered women to emerge.
We are each other's teachers.
LINEAGE
My own learning journey is grounded in three significant bodies of work.
Margaret Wheatley
Warriors for the Human Spirit
A path of steady, compassionate leadership for complex times.
Nancy Kline
The Thinking Environment
A rigorous facilitation system based on presence.
MIT
Theory U
A deep change methodology to create from future possibility.
The applied knowledge from these bodies of work, alongside training, mentoring and decades of business & community building, inform the philosophy of Talkpoint Women:
The power and alchemy of women learning together.
The necessity of intergenerational and cross-system wisdom.
Embodiment and presence as foundational to nobel leadership.
Community as the primary context for growth.

Since 2010, I have stewarded Robyn’s Nest at my home in Bellevue Hill on Gadigal Land, with deep respect for the Traditional Custodians of this place.
Many Talkpoint Women experiences are hosted here, in this sacred place of gathering, reflection, healing, learning, and ceremony.

“These times are so troubled, we can no longer deny,
So we must come together and wholeheartedly try.
To walk side-by-side with her as a guide,
In this volatile, uncertain, complex divide.
To open ourselves to the highest intelligence,
To draw on the strength of our diverse benevolence.
To hold space for solace and sanity,
And gradually let go of the pervasive vanity.
To soften our hearts and lengthen our spines,
So together we might persevere in these times.”
