How is it coming back to business after the long weekend? Did the extra breathing room give you pause and time to contemplate more than the daily task list? Did you nurture relationship with yourself, others and your sense of place (at least in Sydney the gardens got watered)?
It’s so important to get perspective and see a wider view. Especially in our fast paced, modern lives which seem to have lost many of those natural windows. I cannot encourage you strongly enough to take heed of how you feel and to prioritise making space, raising your eyes and broadening your lens. Sacred Leadership is one such opening.
With a week to go, we are excited to be counting down to welcoming our guests in the grand foyer of the Art Gallery NSW. Next Tuesday at 8:30am, we will have an exclusive opportunity to browse the gallery (while it’s closed to the public), socialise and enjoy some refreshments, before heading to the elegant theatre to meet remarkable educator and storyteller, Tjanara Goreng Goreng.
If you have not yet secured your tickets don’t worry – there’s still plenty of time. Full Experience tickets, which include a working lunch across the road at the Pavilion restaurant, will remain on sale until close of business this Friday. While Dadirri tickets, for the morning theatre session only, will be on sale until doors open (unless we sell out sooner).
And BTW we have launched a special project to engage our emerging young leaders in this conversation, knowing that they will define our future. To facilitate them being able to join in we have set aside some Dadirri tickets for youth, aged circa 17-24, at $45pp. Benji Prawer is coordinating the youth cohort and you, or your youth nominees, can commence a chat with him via benji.prawer@gmail.com.
Everyone is welcome so please share this with your network and let us know if you need support to participate.
Palya! (Thanks)
Robyn
